Seriously, if Florida can do THEIR ENTIRE STATE by midnight, it's ridiculous that we cannot have all of Harris County finished a few hours after the polls close. 

Lena Hidalgo made our county the only one in the state to implement drive through voting and 24 hour voting. Practices that dozens of officials and experts have called irresponsible and impractical. Voting is not harder in Harris County. But apparently counting our votes is with these people leading us.

As Harris County Judge, I will enforce these simple measures:

• Implement the Florida model for vote-counting
• Annual cleaning of voter roles
• Improved training for all election officials
• End the practice of ballot harvesting
